This fasting journal was created to help you focus on what is happening and who you are becoming throughout a time of fasting. It will help you chart your journey to breakthrough and be a testimony of the sacrifices made and challenges encountered while you fast. Utilizing this journey you will be able to identify specific accomplishment and support gained while documenting the journey through however many days you choose to fast. There are daily scriptures and encouragements included to motivate and support you throughout the fast. Some of the scriptures have been paraphrased to focus on specific points of encouragement. Being intentional while you journal will help you look for “God moments” daily. There is an option to focus on three days, seven days, twenty-one days with a pause, or an entire forty-days to journal. Each day’s journaling will hopefully support the manifestation of the reason you are fasting and help to create a memorial of the grace and insights experienced.
