Confidentiality

Confidentiality is key to a therapeutic relationship. It allows clients a safe place to process their personal issues. Confidentiality will be maintained and will not be disclosed without your written permission, except in the case of harm to self or others, or a criminal court subpoena.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, please do so 48-24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Your agreed upon fee will be charged for the time reserved when cancellations are received less than 24 hours in advance.

 Insurance

I accept the following insurances:  Aetna, Amerigroup, BCBS, Caresource, Cigna, several EAPs, Humana and Wellcare.

 Fees

Groups: $20-$50 per session

Individual Therapy $100 per session up to an hour

Assessments: starts at $200

Workshops – Free up to 45 mins

Continuing Education – varies, minimu $70 per person

Community Training – call for more information

Checks and cash are preferred methods of payment, but Visa & Mastercard are accepted via paypal. Payment is accepted at the beginning of each session.
